- Pre-Employment Testing: To be considered for submission by Randstad, candidates will be required to successfully pass an Excel Test (Intermediate Proficiency) and a Computer Literacy Skill Test prior to submittal.
- Tenure & Stability: Our client highly values long-term career stability. Candidates who have a track record of short-term jumps (spending only 1–2 years per job within the past 10 years) will unfortunately not align with the team's current retention goals.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Prior experience supporting federal construction projects is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Certified Payroll and Davis‑Bacon requirements is preferred.
- Familiarity with federal systems such as PIEE, WAWF, and RMS is a major plus.
- strong attention to detail and a firm understanding of compliance‑driven workflows.

Responsibilities
- Preconstruction & Estimating Support: Provide administrative aid to federal teams, including proposal development for government solicitations, preparation/management of RFIs, assembly of bid packages, and maintaining bid logs and compliance checklists.
- Federal Billing & Compliance: Review Certified Payrolls for Davis‑Bacon compliance. Process and track subcontractor pay applications and required compliance documentation (lien waivers, SF1413, COIs). Assist with government invoicing documentation.
- Document Control: Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready project files in compliance with federal contract requirements, FAR, and internal controls.
- Communication: Professionally interact with internal teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.
- Technology & Systems: Efficiently utilize construction and office technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and federal management systems (e.g., RMS, WAWF).
