Responsibilities
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in quality control or inspection (experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a sharp eye for detail).
- Skills: strong visual acuity, including the ability to differentiate subtle color variations and minor print defects.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic job tickets, specifications, and use standard measuring tools.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to Southampton, PA, and a strong track record of good attendance.
