If you excel in a steady-paced, high-detail environment and enjoy microscope-intensive precision work, this is the perfect opportunity. You will ensure zero-defect production through the precise assembly, soldering, and inspection of electronic components and mechanical sub-assemblies.
What You’ll Do:
- Precision Soldering: Perform through-hole, surface mount technology (SMT), and high-density fine-pitch soldering on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Microscope Work: Work comfortably under high-magnification microscopes for extended periods.
- Machinery & Assembly: Operate SMT / Pick and Place machinery and assemble intricate electronic modules.
- Follow Technical Guides: Read and follow detailed label picks, visual build guides, and technical work instructions.
- Maintain Standards: Adhere to strict ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines and cleanroom practices.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of verified experience soldering electronic components onto PCBs.
- Alternative Experience: Open to basic soldering experience (e.g., wire/simple through-hole) if paired with a solid mechanical assembly background!

- Core Skills: Proficiency with soldering irons and microscopes. Pick and Place machine experience is a major plus.

- Alternative Experience Consideration: Open to reviewing candidates with more basic soldering experience (e.g., wire soldering, simple through-hole) if paired with a solid, well-rounded background in mechanical assembly.
- Adhere to strict ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines and cleanroom practices.
- Read and follow detailed label picks, visual build guides, and technical work instructions.
