- Experience: Minimum 2 years of facilities maintenance experience specifically within a semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing environment.
- Chemical/HazMat Expertise: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with hazardous materials, chemicals, gases, and/or wastewater treatment systems.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnostic skills across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to accurately read and interpret complex mechanical/system drawings.
- Safety & Certifications: OSHA or related safety certifications are required. Note: Specialized Chemical Hazard Training will be provided upon hire.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and digital maintenance tracking systems (CMMS) is highly preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably work in demanding environments, including mechanical rooms and on rooftops.
- Preferred Asset: Working knowledge of semiconductor fab utility systems is a major plus.

Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Operate, troubleshoot, and perform preventative/corrective maintenance on critical fab utility systems, including chillers, air compressors, pumps, and HVAC.
- Facilities Support: Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing system failures to minimize production downtime.
- HazMat & Utilities: Safely manage and monitor facilities systems handling chemicals, gases, and wastewater treatment processes.
- Blueprint Technical Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, system drawings, and schematics to execute precise repairs and modifications.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes, as well as internal OSHA safety standards.
- Documentation: Utilize maintenance tracking systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) to log work orders, track equipment history, and manage facility documentation.
