About the Opportunity: An established manufacturing and distribution facility is seeking a hands-on Plant Leader to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, quality control, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production scheduling, staff priorities, and inventory levels.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety walks, and lead daily team meetings.
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and receiving logistics.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage hourly personnel, including payroll submission.
- 3 to 5 years of production or operations leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.) OR equivalent hands-on work experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
