Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW) and ARC (SMAW) welding on various metals and thicknesses based on project blueprints.
  
  
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols to plan layouts and execution sequences.
  
  
• Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, or grind component parts as necessary to prepare for welding; clean and smooth welds post-production.
  
  
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet company standards, structural integrity, and AWS specifications.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
  
  
•  Active AWS (American Welding Society) Certification is strictly required.
  
  
• Proven experience as a TIG and ARC welder (structural or pipe welding experience is a plus).
  
  
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, welding symbols, and using measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.).
