Responsibilities
Applicant must be a highly motivated individual willing to work in both a team orientated environment
and on their own with minimal supervision.
Performs equipment and facilities housekeeping, including daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and
janitorial duties in accordance with the prescribed schedule and to the standards outlined in company
procedures.
This includes performing all job clean up as related to maintenance tasks, duties and functions.
Completes facilities & maintenance work orders and documentation in a timely manner.
Performing updates, repairs and adjustments of manufacturing and facilities equipment, including the
maintenance of HVAC systems, Electrical Systems, compressors and air dryers for air compressors
systems.
Performing preventative maintenance task on manufacturing and facility related equipment and
maintaining records on file.
Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot manufacturing and environmental equipment (to recognize and
identify potential problems with equipment).
Makes general mechanical and minor electrical repairs to manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Be able to identify equipment and facilities related safety issues.
