In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and running equipment on a fast-paced surface mount pick & place line. Whether you are an experienced operator or a motivated individual ready to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you. We will train the right person!
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate high-speed SMT pick-and-place equipment and PCB assembly lines.
- Prepare and component-load feeders according to specific job setups and documentation.
- Monitor machine performance and inspect boards to ensure top-tier quality standards.
- Work independently to manage machine operations while collaborating with the production team to meet daily output goals.
- Experience: SMT/PCB assembly experience is preferred, but not required (paid training provided for the right candidate).
- Work Style:Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Communication: Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English to interpret job instructions and safety guidelines.
