Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling & Forklift Operation: Safely load and unload delivery trucks, and move heavy pallets and inventory throughout the warehouse using a forklift.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and bills of lading (BOL) to ensure accuracy; report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, and stage outgoing orders securely to guarantee safe transit and on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Log tracking data into our inventory management system and assist with routine cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.

- Manage Incoming/Outgoing Shipments: Efficiently unload incoming delivery trucks and load outgoing freight, verifying that all paperwork matches the physical inventory.
- Documentation & Verification: Inspect incoming materials for damage, verify piece counts against packing slips, and accurately log receipts into our inventory tracking system.
- Order Preparation: Pick, pack, label, and stage outgoing orders securely to ensure damage-free transit and on-time delivery.
- Forklift Operation: Safely and proficiently operate a forklift (sit-down/stand-up) to move, stack, and organize heavy pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment by optimizing storage space and keeping aisles clear.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of dedicated shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Forklift Skills: Proven experience operating a forklift (current or previous certification is a strong plus).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies on shipping manifests, bills of lading (BOL), and purchase orders.
- Inventory Control: Assist with periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.
