salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Compliance & Audit Management: Ensure strict compliance with ISO, regulatory, and customer standards while leading internal, third-party, and customer audits and corrective action responses.
- QMS & Configuration Control: Maintain, update, and improve quality procedures, work instructions, inspection records, and configuration/document control processes.
- Supplier Quality Oversight: Oversee vendor qualification, risk assessments, material certification reviews, and corrective action follow-ups to ensure supply chain quality.
- Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize process capability, resolve technical issues, and reduce yield losses.
- Customer Interface & Product Acceptance: Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer quality inquiries, non-conformance investigations, source inspections, and final product acceptance.
