Position Type: Direct Hire (Permanent from Day 1)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Possibility for overtime)
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 / hour + Profit-Sharing Bonuses Paid 2x per year!

- Maintain and clean the industrial production floor, common areas, and specialized work zones.
- Adhere strictly to industrial safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines.
- Ensure waste disposal, spills, and debris are handled quickly and efficiently to prevent production downtime.
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience specifically cleaning in an industrial or production environment.
- Reliability: Proven track record of excellent attendance for an early morning shift.
