The Maintenance Technician supports all manufacturing and industrial operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, improving, and repairing manufacturing equipment and assisting with building maintenance.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• Training in electrical, mechanical, or another related field with basic knowledge in PLC and robotics • 3+ years of general maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and correcting problems with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pumps and motors, control circuits, and power supply, may be considered in lieu of formal training. • Demonstrated skills in operating hand and power tools • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent problem-solving skills and blueprint and schematic interpretation • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English verbal and written instructions, • Computer and MS Office. CMMS software (maintenance software M pulse)

Responsibilities
- As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably
- Performing preventative, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance, including repairs, installations, modifications, and safety checks on production equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing a broad range of industrial production equipment
- Maintaining, tracking, and supporting inventory for equipment and related components
- Working with tools such as micrometers, calipers, multimeters, gauge pins, and other precision instruments
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve equipment performance
