- 2nd t Shift: Competitive starting rate of $27.00 / hour 2nd Shift schedules run Monday – Thursday, 1:15 PM – 11:45 PM)
- 3rd Shift: Enhanced rate of $29.00 / hour
- Sunday: 4:45 PM – 5:15 AM
- Monday – Thursday: 11:30 PM – 5:30 AM
- Sunday: 4:45 PM – 5:15 AM
- Schedule daily workflows, balance manpower, and ensure production targets are met.
- Coach, mentor, and train line employees while promoting a positive team culture.
- Lead daily Lean and 5S initiatives, structured problem-solving, and quality checks.
- Support the Quality Management System (QMS) to deliver excellent products to customers.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, standard work documentation, and production records.
- Proven experience leading production lines or manufacturing teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of Lean tools, root-cause problem solving, and 5S principles.

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work standard operational hours.

Responsibilities
Position Summary
Oversee and manage daily operations for designated production lines and departments. Serve as a coach and change agent, guiding team members through continuous improvement practices, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Line & Department Operations: Schedule daily workflows, manage production lines, and adjust manpower allocation as needed to meet production goals.
- Lean & Continuous Improvement: Support, coach, and actively participate in Lean tools and methodologies, including structured problem-solving (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, A3 problem-solving), daily tier meetings, and 5S initiatives.
- Coaching & Leadership: Assist, train, and mentor employees, fostering a positive, proactive, and collaborative work environment aligned with core company values.
- Quality Management: Support the Quality Management System (QMS) by ensuring products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and quality objectives.
- Documentation & Compliance: Follow standard work procedures and accurately complete production records, maintenance logs, and operational documentation.
- Flexibility: Perform additional operational duties and tasks as requested or assigned.
