- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment (required).
- 1+ years of warehouse experience specifically dealing with inventory control procedures and inventory/accounting relationships.
salary: $55,999 - $56,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise our talented warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive environment.
- Master the Flow: Coordinate inbound receiving for everything from small parcels to full container and truckload shipments.
- Optimize Operations: Spearhead continuous process improvements to keep our warehouse running at peak efficiency.
- Keep Count: Lead physical inventory processes and regular cycle counts with precision.
- Champion Safety: Safely operate forklifts while training team members on equipment safety, proper handling, and smart space utilization.
