- Driving Credentials: A current, valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Equipment Experience: Ability to operate both a standard motor vehicle and a forklift safely.
- Core Skills: Basic reading, writing, and simple math capabilities to handle delivery notes and stock reports.
- Reliability: Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working under standard supervision and guidance.
- Heavy Lifting: Comfortable regularly lifting up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
- Safety First: Committed to wearing required protective gear (steel-toe shoes and protective gloves when handling spent batteries).
- Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment, which includes exposure to varying temperatures and battery acid handling procedures.

Responsibilities
On the Road
- Save the Day: Run high-priority "Hot Shot" deliveries and cover assigned routes promptly so our dealers always have the inventory they need.
- Customer Support: Serve as a reliable partner to our Route Managers, ensuring accurate and friendly deliveries.
- Hands-On Care: Safely load, unload, and restock batteries to keep inventory organized and accessible.
- Product Maintenance: Test, charge, clean, date, and rewrap battery units so they are fully prepped for delivery.
- Quality & Accuracy: Inspect adjustment batteries and complete precise reports and claims.
