In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert for diagnosing, servicing, and supporting industrial machine tools—with a strong focus on Fanuc CNC controls, PLCs, and motion systems. Additionally, you will work directly with customers to identify aftermarket opportunities, support machine orders, and drive technical sales growth.

Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues on industrial machine tools involving PLCs, PMCs, HMIs, Fanuc CNC controls, motor drives, spindle drives, and software (VB.net & VB6).
- Machine Calibration & Configuration: Perform parameter adjustments, including ball screw tuning and tool changer adjustments. Build and configure replacement control PCs.
- Field & Customer Support: Provide technical assistance for installed field machines, assist with customer orders, and directly guide clients through technical issues.
- Aftermarket Sales: Partner with customers to identify service, part, and upgrade needs, delivering consultative aftermarket support and sales solutions.
- System Maintenance: Maintain sensors, actuators, and machine safety systems to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration & Training: Mentor and train colleagues, collaborate across internal departments, and maintain an organized, safe work environment.
