In this critical quality role, you will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality personnel to guarantee full compliance with customer specifications. Key responsibilities include conducting first article, in-process, and final inspections, as well as driving process capability initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the shop floor.

Responsibilities
• Develop, validate, and maintain CMM programs using Zeiss CMM equipment and supporting software.
• Create inspection programs from engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications.
• Proficient in GD&T requirements in accordance with ASME Y14.5 standards.
• Perform and support First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
• Generate, review, and analyze CMM reports to verify product conformance.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve dimensional and process issues.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to dimensional nonconformances.
• Develop optimized inspection strategies that ensure compliance while minimizing inspection cycle time.
• Maintain inspection documentation, program revision control, and records in accordance with Quality Management System requirements.
• Assist Quality Engineers and Inspectors in troubleshooting measurement methods and interpreting inspection results.
