- Inspeccionar los productos para verificar su calidad y detectar daños o defectos antes de empacarlos.
- Seleccionar y empacar con precisión la mercancía en las cajas, bolsas o contenedores correspondientes según las especificaciones del pedido.
- Colocar correctamente las etiquetas de envío, códigos de barras y listas de empaque.
- Sellar, pesar y apilar los paquetes terminados en tarimas para su distribución.
- Mantener un control del inventario de suministros (cajas, cinta adhesiva, plástico de burbujas) y reportar faltantes.
- Mantener una estación de trabajo limpia, segura y organizada.
- Experiencia previa en almacén, producción o comercio al por menor es un plus, pero no obligatoria.
- Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil y dinámico.
- Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, doblarse y levantar hasta 50 libras de forma continua durante el turno.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Responsibilities
- Inspect products for quality, damages, or defects prior to packing.
- Accurately select and pack merchandise into appropriate boxes, bags, or containers according to order specifications.
- Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and packing slips correctly.
- Seal, weigh, and stack finished packages onto pallets for shipping.
- Keep track of inventory supplies (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) and report shortages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Comply with all company safety rules and OSHA standards.
