What You Will Do
- Greet restaurant owners and members with a friendly, helpful attitude in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers in locating products, loading heavy orders, and packing out their vehicles.
- Keep warehouse aisles fully stocked, neatly arranged, and safe for shopping.
- Take initiative on the floor to clear clutter, organize pallets, and address customer needs immediately.
- Verify member purchases upon exit to ensure order accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Greeting: Welcoming store members at entry, answering questions about product locations, and providing bilingual (English/Spanish) support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Order Fulfillment & Stocking: Retrieving bulk food items, beverages, and restaurant supplies to fill member orders accurately and keeping sales-floor shelves fully stocked from high-bay inventory.
- Loading & Material Handling: Safely loading heavy goods, pallets, and bulk packaging into customer vehicles, while operating pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Store & Warehouse Maintenance: Taking initiative to keep aisles clean, organized, safe, and clear of debris, scrap, or empty boxes throughout the shift.
- Inventory & Order Verification: Checking member receipts against loaded items at exit to ensure order accuracy and prevent inventory loss.
- Cross-Department Support: Assisting across dry storage, cooler, and freezer sections based on daily warehouse demands.
