Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of PCB assemblies.
- Inspect SMT and through-hole components for proper placement, polarity, and solder quality.
- Identify defects such as solder bridges, cold/insufficient solder, missing or misaligned components, and damaged boards.
- Use microscopes, multimeters, and other inspection equipment.
- Review assemblies against BOMs, schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Review AOI, X-ray, ICT, and functional test results as needed.
- Document defects and inspection results accurately.
- Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain ESD, cleanliness, and workmanship requirements.
- Experience in PCB/PCBA manufacturing, electronics inspection, or quality control preferred.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610; J-STD-001 is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Experience with SMT and through-hole components.
- Attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and test equipment.
- IPC certification and AOI/X-ray experience are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Inspect PCB assemblies using IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
- Perform visual inspection of components, solder joints, polarity, orientation, and PCB condition.
- Check for defects such as:
- Solder bridges
- Cold or insufficient solder joints
- Lifted/misaligned components
- Missing or wrong components
- Damaged traces or pads
- Tombstoning and component polarity issues
- Use microscopes, magnification systems, multimeters, and inspection equipment.
- Review AOI, X-ray, ICT, and functional-test results when applicable.
- Verify assemblies against schematics, BOMs, drawings, Gerber data, and work instructions.
- Document defects and maintain inspection records.
- Work with production and engineering teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
- Verify ESD handling and cleanliness requirements.
- Help ensure products comply with customer specifications and quality procedures.
