- Experience: 1–3+ years of hospitality experience with proven leadership abilities. Prior experience in catering operations, country clubs, promotional/marketing events, or food service supervision is strongly preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of scheduled events and lift/transport catering equipment and supplies.
- Availability: Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate varying part-time and on-call hours based on campus event needs.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Event Execution & Leadership: Oversee and assist with the setup, service, breakdown, and cleanup of catered functions across campus.
- Logistics & Equipment Handling: Gather and deliver all food, beverages, and supplies to scheduled event locations. Clean, pack, and transport unused food, dishes, utensils, and equipment safely back to primary facilities. Ensure proper trash and waste management.
- Guest Relations & On-Site Problem Solving: Act as the main point of contact for event hosts. Immediately address guest needs, resolve complaints, and adapt to sudden logistical changes on the fly.
- Departmental Support: Assist with event prep, general catering operations, and maintain clean, organized work areas throughout all phases of an event.
