Responsibilities
- Check products and parts to make sure they meet quality standards.
- Use basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Test products to make sure they work properly.
- Inspect parts and products for defects or damage.
- Record inspection and test results accurately.
- Report quality problems to the supervisor or Quality Engineer.
- Help find the cause of quality problems.
- Work with the production team to fix quality issues.
- Follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality procedures.
- Keep inspection tools and the work area clean and organized.
- Help with routine quality checks and audits.
- Assist with improving product quality and reducing defects.
- Perform other quality-related tasks as needed.
