We are seeking a detail-oriented Print & Bindery Machine Operator to join our team and bring print projects to life. You must have prior experience operating print and/or bindery machines! In this role, you will operate printing and finishing machinery to produce high-quality booklets, banners, posters, tags, and signage—handling everything from cutting, scoring, and folding to saddle stitching, gluing, and binding. Beyond machine operation, you will collaborate with supervisors to set daily priorities, assist with packaging and shipping, and support cross-departmental operations to keep our facility running smoothly. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, multi-tasks well under tight or shifting deadlines, and strictly abides by confidentiality standards when handling sensitive materials. Responsibilities

• Operates all bindery equipment on print projects requiring finishing, such as cutting, scoring, folding, punching, saddle stitching, collating, perforating, gluing, and binding materials.
• Coordinates with Team Associates, Supervisor, and/or Manager regarding scheduling and setting daily job priorities.
• Assists with packaging and shipping of products.
• Assists other Facility & Admin Services departments as required.
• Work involves sitting, standing, and/or moving, includes exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
