We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Complex Test Operator to join our team. In this role, you will set up and operate advanced test equipment, perform functional and electrical testing, interpret technical drawings and test procedures, document results, and troubleshoot test failures. The ideal candidate has mechanical or electrical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures. Experience with automated test equipment, electronic systems, precision measurement tools, or manufacturing environments is highly valued. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate complex testing equipment and automated test systems.
  
  
• Perform functional, electrical, mechanical, and/or environmental tests according to established procedures.
  
  
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, test procedures, and technical documentation.
  
  
• Monitor test equipment and product performance and identify abnormal conditions.
  
  
• Record test results accurately and maintain required documentation.
  
  
• Troubleshoot equipment and product failures and assist with identifying root causes.
  
  
• Use precision measuring instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and specialized test equipment.
  
  
• Perform equipment calibration checks and report equipment problems.
  
  
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
  
  
• Communicate test failures and technical issues to engineering, quality, and manufacturing personnel.
  
  
• May train less-experienced operators and assist with improving test procedures and processes.
