We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assemble mechanical components and equipment using hand and power tools while following blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, performing measurements, aligning and fastening components, troubleshooting assembly issues, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and equipment using hand and power tools.
  
  
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  
  
• Install fasteners, bearings, gears, brackets, wiring, tubing, and other components as required.
  
  
• Measure and inspect parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and torque wrenches.
  
  
• Perform basic fitting, alignment, adjustment, and troubleshooting of assemblies.
  
  
• Identify defective or damaged components and report quality issues.
  
  
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality guidelines.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
  
• Complete production documentation and assembly records accurately.
  
  
• Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve assembly issues.
