Formall in Clinton is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as production operators for 2nd shift (Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) or 3rd shift (Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) at a competitive starting rate of $20.00 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring output to ensure strict quality control standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace throughout your shift. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain operational workflow: Oversee ongoing manufacturing, production, or facility operations during off-peak hours to meet daily quotas and ensure smooth handoffs between shifts.
  
  
• Execute routine testing and quality control: Conduct scheduled inspections, audits, and batch testing to identify product defects or equipment issues before the start of the primary morning shift.
  
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting: Address equipment malfunctions, clear system bottlenecks, and carry out routine machine upkeep while system demand or foot traffic is reduced.
  
  
• Manage emergency response and security: Act as the primary point of contact for facility security, safety compliance, environmental hazards, or operational downtime during hours with limited management oversight.
  
  
• Document activities and manage shift handovers: Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks, system outages, inventory adjustments, and pending issues to brief incoming day-shift personnel and management.
