We are looking for an experienced Industrial Deburrer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and understands that quality is in the details.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, touch up, and finish machined metal and composite parts using various hand and power deburring tools (e.g., rotary files, pencil grinders, belt sanders, scotch-brite wheels, and deburring blades).
  
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, job router instructions, and engineering specifications to ensure exact tolerances and surface finishes are met.
  
  
• Perform visual and tactile quality checks to detect burrs, sharp edges, pitting, or surface defects.
  
  
• Operate automated or semi-automated finishing equipment, vibratory tubs, or media blasters as required.
  
  
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and strictly adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, including wearing required PPE (safety glasses, ear protection, respiratory equipment).
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• Deburring (2 years of experience is required)
• grinding (2 years of experience is preferred)
