Responsibilities
The Warehouse Pick / Pack Associate is responsible for performing daily tasks related to efficient order processing, including stocking, picking, packing, labeling, fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Accuracy in Picking and Packing: Ensure orders are picked and packed with precision and quality to maintain high customer satisfaction and reduce errors.
- Learn and Perform Essential Tasks: Master core warehouse duties across Direct to Consumer (DTC), Courier, Value-Added Services, and Fulfillment.
- Efficient Order Processing: Pack orders accurately and efficiently using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Secure Packing: Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit while maintaining accuracy in labeling and content verification.
- Customer-Specific Customization: Perform accurate Value-Added Labeling and kitting according to customer-specific requirements.
- Inventory and Quality Checks: Inspect items for damage, defects, or discrepancies during picking and packing, reading product cases and labels to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Additional Distribution Support: Support other warehouse functions, such as receiving or inventory replenishment, as directed by management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet performance goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
