Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Workflow Management
- Oversee and assist with daily warehouse functions: receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, loading, and shipping.
- Assign tasks to warehouse team members based on daily priority schedules.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carrier drivers and freight personnel.
- Monitor operational throughput to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy goals.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of warehouse associates.
- Train new staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and warehouse equipment.
- Provide daily briefings (huddles) to align the team on performance targets and safety topics.
- Serve as the first point of contact for frontline staff troubleshooting operational issues.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits.
salary: $24 - $25 per hour
