- Proficiency with standard mechanical, pneumatic, and hand tools required for industrial machinery repair.
- Electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting machine wiring, control panels, and electrical components.
- Proven mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Oral and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; technical certification or vocational degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
- 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a contract manufacturing or high-volume packaging environment.
- Hands-on experience maintaining liquid tube fillers, volumetric fillers, cappers, coders, labelers, and transfer pumps.

Responsibilities
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and routine inspections on high-speed packaging and filling equipment.
- Execute complete line set-ups, changeovers, and washdowns in accordance with cGMP and SOP guidelines.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical failures during production runs to minimize downtime.
- Conduct tests and make necessary operational adjustments to guarantee optimal machine performance and output quality.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Disassemble machinery as needed to replace worn or damaged parts, rebuilding components to exact specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety standards and 5S principles.
- Collaborate across production departments to support continuous improvement projects and special assignments.
