Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues, repairing or replacing components promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled emergency repairs.
- Utilize specialized maintenance tools, including multimeters, measuring devices, and welding equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Collaborate with and assist fellow maintenance team members on priority tasks.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience overall (minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance, 1 year in electrical maintenance, and 1 year in manufacturing environments).
- Electrical Skills: Proficient with industrial systems up to 480V, circuit troubleshooting, and control systems (PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, HMIs, relays, I/O, E/P devices, coils).
- Mechanical & Fluid Power: experience with troubleshooting on conveyors, belts, gears, pulleys, bearings, chain drives, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift, bend, push, pull, climb, and turn with items weighing 50+ lbs. How to Apply
