What You’ll Do :
- Configure, test, and repair enterprise servers and next-gen liquid-cooled AI platforms.
- Run firmware/scripts, perform root-cause diagnostics, and collaborate with engineering.
- Log progress on dashboards and maintain Lean/6S quality standards.
- An Associate degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field (or CompTIA A+, Network+, or Server+ certifications) is preferred
- Candidates should have hands-on experience with server hardware, data center equipment, Windows/Linux environments, and networking fundamentals, as well as familiarity with diagnostic tools, automation/scripting, or Lean manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Setup and test systems
- Update and verify systems
- Execution of systems test scripts and processes
- Identification of error codes
- Troubleshooting of system errors for corrective actions
- Execution of system hardware repairs per proper procedures
- Manage/escalate issues impacting systems in test and communicate to:
- Work with extended team to identify and execute process improvements / 5S actions:
