- Core Qualifications: Requires previous sit-down forklift experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word). Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience will also be required as operations expand to the North Scottsdale location.
- Daily Workflow & Priorities:
- Email Queue: Daily duties begin with reviewing emails to clear any priority requests before receiving items into the system. Associates will also audit unresolved items from the previous day.
- Warehouse Operations: Includes cross-training in inbound/outbound receiving, loading/unloading on the outdoor dock (lifting up to 50 lbs), and maintaining the agility to self-pivot between shipping and receiving as daily demand dictates.
- Communication & Support: Must comfortably deliver items to on-site engineers, handle desk-level customer service
- Schedule Flexibility: Overtime may be required at the end of every month and quarter.
