Experience: 1+ years of experience operating industrial saws (metal, wood, or stone) or working in a machine shop environment. Math Skills: Proficient in "Shop Math," including the ability to read decimals and fractions and convert measurements quickly. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Computer Literacy: Basic ability to use computer systems for job tracking and inventory.
