Your responsibilities:
- Tack welding: perform basic tack welding and simple spot welding tasks as instructed by the lead welder or supervisor.
- Grinding and preparation: use grinders and cutting tools to prepare materials, bevel edges, and clean welds under supervision.
- Material handling: safely move metal stock and completed assemblies using hand carts and appropriate lifting techniques.
- Fitting support: assist skilled welders with component fitting and positioning for complex jobs.
- Shop maintenance: maintain the cleanliness and safety of the welding work cell, managing grinding dust and metal scrap.

qualifications:
- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Able to read blueprints & schematics
- Operate manufacturing machinery
- Use measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
- MIG welding
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
