mailroom clerk - now hiring.

Be the essential communication backbone for corporate operations! We are urgently hiring mailroom clerks who can manage time-sensitive documentation and packages. Secure immediate contract income by accepting short-term mandates in professional environments where speed and confidentiality are key. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in corporate administration.

Your responsibilities:

- confidentiality: handle all mail and packages with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols, especially for legal or financial documents.
- courier management: process specialized outbound packages via courier services, ensuring proper documentation, customs forms (if applicable), and tracking for urgent deliveries.
- inventory: manage and maintain inventory of mailroom supplies, including packaging, envelopes, and postage.
- scanning/digitization: assist with document scanning and digitization tasks, converting hard-copy mail into electronic files for departmental distribution.
- internal support: communicate effectively with department assistants and managers regarding high-priority or misdirected parcels and correspondence.

location: Franklin, NH
work hours: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

qualifications:

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. Shorts are okay (Mid thigh length and longer) - No profane or suggestive texts and images. Hair must be tied back and around the neck area. Safety shoes will be required. Also required will be ear plugs and safety glasses which will both be provided for by the client.
