We are looking for Physician - Medical Oncologist in Kenosha, WI
We are seeking a full-time board-certified or board-eligible medical oncologist to join our team. The successful candidate will join an established practice of medical oncologists, a radiation oncologist, and advanced practice professionals. We welcome candidates who have experience, expertise, and passion in this area. That said, we are incredibly flexible and welcome the opportunity to meet recently trained fellows.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid state of Wisconsin medical license
Board eligible or board-certified medical oncology by the America Board of Internal Medicine
Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Fellowship training program in
Hematology/Medical Oncology
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to keep an open mind
Innate curiosity, determination and drive
Newly remodeled Cancer Center including physician offices and hospital outpatient services such as lab draw, an infusion center, and radiation oncology treatment rooms, completed in August of 2023, with further expansion forthcoming.
Infusion services are connected to an acute care hospital, with emergency response mechanisms providing extra safety for patients and support for practitioners
Affiliated with Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Network
Patients who are receptive and compliant
Supportive administrative team to assist in practice growth
Collaborative medical staff

Salary: $210-320K & negotiable
Guaranteed base and then an upside incentive compensation based on how many RVUs are achieved.
