**Need deep industry experience in payer / provider, EHR, claims, ServiceNow, healthcloud, Hyperscalers, call centers or Epic.**
This organization's consulting arm is its most rapidly expanding business, crucial to achieving strategic growth targets. You'll hold a key leadership position, guiding diverse teams through intricate consulting projects. A core responsibility will be to develop and present strategic change initiatives to C-suite executives at the largest client accounts. This involves navigating the complex interplay of business and IT solutions and leading transformations that impact the entire client ecosystem.
As a Consulting Partner, you'll be instrumental in driving profitable growth. This involves leveraging the company's extensive capabilities to cultivate robust client relationships and empower your team to succeed. The role demands a strong professional presence, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build rapport with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be vital in nurturing talent development and fostering innovation within the organization.
Furthermore, this position entails leading overall client engagements and delivering high-quality work alongside senior client stakeholders. This will often occur within a transaction environment, whether pre- or post-deal, including planning post-deal implementation and ultimately supporting execution. Partners will be sharply focused on financial impact, utilization and contribution, client impact, and leadership.

responsibilities:
Contribute to Profitable Growth
- Drive significant financial outcomes by meeting signings and revenue targets.
- Ensure sustained growth and profitability, actively managing margin expectations and backlog growth.
- Support the identification, pursuit, and conversion of business development opportunities.
- Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, ensuring profitability while understanding and containing risk.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and the 'go-to' person for senior executives.
- Lead C-level client interactions and oversee the consulting initiatives, deliverables, and outputs of deal engagements.
- Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise on and deliver complex consulting engagements.
- Enhance client satisfaction, measured by metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development; secure client references.
- Achieve individual and team utilization targets.
- Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for oversight of delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous personal and professional development.
- Challenge teams to be curious and innovative, while also being supportive of one another.
- Ensure all outcomes are commercially focused, value-adding, and effectively executed.

qualifications:
- Prior experience leading or advising large-scale transformation programs across Insurance clients in areas such as operational excellence, claims automation, risk mitigation and technology modernization
- In depth experience to help clients navigate Enterprise Transformation, digital disruption, data governance, AI adoption, cloud migration, and cybersecurity challenges.
- In depth expertise in either Commercial or Personal Lines, and understanding of the differences between the two with respect to operations and technology transformation.
- Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
- Ability to grow one major account by liaising throughout the Lines Of Business, Operations, and overall C-Suite to drive technology based transformation deals.
- Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
- Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
- Experience of managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
