IT Asset Management Coordinator - this person will be joining the user technology deployment team who are responsible for supporting the 1,800+ users based in their NYC headquarters. Daily responsibilities will include:
· Tracking entire life-cycle management for each asset in order to maintain warranty, refresh data and end of life data information
· Submit purchase requisitions for laptop/desktop peripherals, coordinating with purchasing team and User Support manager
· Process and coordination for all computer repairs with vendors
· Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution
· Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents
· Physical counting/audits of all IT Hardware
· Support for the IT Service Catalog for the company technology's implementation and upkeep
· Incorporate unit costs and stock levels into Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for business technology for all products and services
