Team Level Product Managers at client are customer obsessed in driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience to deliver on our human plus digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. Pulls from market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision (target customer segments, markets, channels, go to market approach, and value propositions). Aligns this strategic vision with cross-functional stakeholders to shape product roadmap, investment areas and success measures.

responsibilities:
- Aligned to a single Agile team that includes the Product Manager, System Engineers/Architects, Software Engineers, and a Scrum Master.
- Leads Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Demos, Retros, and other essential Agile practices.
- Partners with the Product Level Product Manager(s) to understand features and product needs.
- Manages the team's backlog, responsible for detailed refinements of Features into Epics and User Stories that can be worked by the Software Engineers in a single sprint.
- Responsible for Product Roadmaps and prioritization of Epics and Stories that drive the team's output.
- Ensures that all acceptance criteria are met and stakeholder needs are satisfied by the team's delivered experiences.
- Provides Agile leadership focusing on design thinking and Agile values.
- Coordinates dependencies with other teams and journeys.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically three to five years of relevant experience.
- Proficient Agile product management or similar experience.
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
