The position is responsible for providing support and input on the direction of the end user desktop experience including hardware and software evaluation and selection, image maintenance, virtual technologies and capacity planning. Other duties as assigned. Manages and supports Desktop Engineering support tools, including SCCM with the ability to support MDM. Deploys monthly desktop updates. Qualifies and packages software for distribution. Qualifies hardware for desktop images. Develops and maintains patch management solutions. Able to resolve complex desktop issues. Skills: 3-5 years of related work experience. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
