responsibilities:
You'll make an impact by:
- Engaging externally with small and medium sized businesses to inform them about market value proposition and capabilities
- Building, executing and refining the processes used to onboard merchants to market tech solutions
- Staying organized and finding solutions to process bottlenecks when issues arise
- Remaining customer focused, with a sense of urgency
- Working to channel feedback from merchants back internally to build the best solutions for small and medium sized businesses
- Using data to derive themes/issues and actively work to close these gaps with the proper cross-functional teams.

- Bachelors degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with engaging externally with clients; experience in sales or account management a plus
- Creativity and a positive can-do attitude
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g Salesforce, hubspot)
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite (outlook, word, excel)
- Customer Service or Account Management experience
- Ability to stay on top of a pipeline of 20-40 clients at a time with outbound phone & email outreach while taking notes in internal trackers
