We are seeking a Business Central Developer to join our team and help shape the future of our core business systems. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain applications and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a hands-on technical position that requires strong expertise in AL programming and a solid understanding of ERP business processes. You will work directly with business users to translate their needs into scalable and high-performing code, ensuring our systems are ready for the future.

responsibilities:
- Programming and Extension Development: Design and develop custom solutions using AL code for Business Central extensions. You will also troubleshoot and refactor existing code, adapting to new platform updates and changes.
- Database and API Development: Create and enhance ERP features like reports and workflows while working with SQL Server data models. You will also develop and maintain integrations between Business Central and other applications using REST APIs and web services.
- Maintenance and Support: Act as a subject matter expert, diagnosing and resolving issues within our Business Central applications. You will provide daily support, analyze error logs, and perform root cause analysis.
- Code Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit and user acceptance testing of your code. You will participate in peer reviews and follow DevOps practices to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for all code changes, extensions, and integration points to ensure a clear and shared understanding across the team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and business users to understand requirements, share ideas, and build effective solutions.
qualifications:
- xperience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in AL programming and experience with Visual Studio Code, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Database Expertise: Solid knowledge of SQL Server / T-SQL and experience with database and query optimization.
- API Integration: Experience with API integration using REST, OData, JSON, and XML
- Dynamics CRM Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) development, including experience with JavaScript, Plugins, and Power Platform.
- Power Platform: Experience with Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate flows).
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

- Additional Languages: Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, or Azure Functions.
