We are seeking an IT Generalist to provide operational IT support. This role combines hands-on IT operations, MSP coordination, and basic to mid-level Azure administration. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling day-to-day IT needs, supporting cloud environment tasks, and providing occasional A/V assistance.

Provide day-to-day IT support, including device setup, troubleshooting, and asset management. Coordinate with MSPs to track and resolve support tickets. Manage user accounts and access in Azure Active Directory, assist with Azure operations, and support application deployments. Provide occasional A/V setup and troubleshooting for meetings.
