JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete acceptance and Design Verification testing, burn-in and temperature as per testing procedures and guidance from Engineering.
- Complete all necessary Acceptance Test Forms.
- Collect Data Manually and Electronically using Data Acquisition Equipment and create charts and tables using Excel and other software
- Detailed troubleshooting of new Production units

responsibilities:
- Completion of all internal travelers and work order information to document complete test process
- Review all engineering and manufacturing documentation for complete accuracy of unit completion
- Follow company's inspection guidelines to conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical test and functional inspections on a wide variety of components, assemblies, equipment, systems, supplies and materials.
- Performs Acceptance Test Procedure/Plan (ATP). Verifies apparatus and equipment for conformance to electrical, mechanical and other requirements using various kinds of electrical and mechanical test equipment.
- Preferred - Universal Refrigeration Technician - EPA 608
qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Excellent Computer skills
- Equipment skills - Data Acquisition Devices, Amp Clamp, Multimeter, TC Reader
- Good team work and can work with minimum supervision
- Highly analytical and very keen on details
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Steel Toe Boots
skills: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience with testing machinery or equipment(2 Years)
- Electrical troubleshooting skills(2 Years)
- Hands on work with pumping systems or similar(2 Years)
- Data acquisition equipment(2 Years)
