We're seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to support our clients External Supply Quality (ESQ) team by managing documentation, system entries, and administrative tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring quality-related processes remain organized and compliant. The position is focused entirely on internal documentation and system support-no supplier-facing work is required. responsibilities:
- Upload, route, and track controlled documents within QMS platforms (Veeva experience a plus)
- Maintain accurate records and document control to support ESQ operations
- Generate reports, maintain trackers, and prepare quality metrics as needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, organize, and verify documentation
- Organize files and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance
- Support administrative tasks, system entries, and internal quality workflows
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in documentation/administration in a regulated environment
- Prior experience working with document management or quality management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping
skills:
- Document management and control (QMS, Veeva preferred)
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Smartsheet
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong formatting, proofreading, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with electronic workflows and audit/inspection readiness
