Our client is looking for a IT Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month+ contract hybrid role located in Sacramento, CA.
Ideally looking for a candidate with experience using Accela, or collaborating with an Accela development team or vendor.

* Elicit, develop, and document project requirements and technical specifications; analyze and
organize them for clarity and action
* Create meeting minutes, action items, next steps
* Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements throughout the development cycle
* Create software test plans and user guides
* Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure software system reliability and adherence to
requirements
* Train users on new and existing software systems to ensure optimal use and adoption
* Provide input to the project manager on project documentation, including proposals, schedules,
change requests, and closure reports
