We are seeking a highly motivated OCI Environment & Security Administrator to support our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) landscape, including ERP Fusion and Accounting Foundation environments. This role will serve as the single point of contact for environment management, user security administration, and ensuring compliance with change management policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong critical thinking, adaptability in fast-changing cloud environments, and hands-on experience with OCI, Oracle Integration Cloud, and enterprise application management.

responsibilities:
- Manage multiple OCI tenants supporting Oracle ERP Fusion and Accounting Foundation.
- Oversee environment usage, create golden copies, and ensure compliance with change environment policies.
- Act as the primary contact for user onboarding and security administration.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address environment risks.
- Support ongoing upgrades, weekly changes, and new implementations within OCI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business impacts and infrastructure dependencies.
- Contribute to business continuity planning, system recovery, and environment optimization.
- Evaluate and resolve whitelisting issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in environment management, cloud administration, or enterprise application infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including multi-tenant management.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ERP Fusion environments preferred.
- Proven background in security administration, onboarding processes, and access control.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess business impacts.
- Familiarity with business continuity planning and enterprise performance management (EPM) tools a plus.
