We are looking for a Digital Workplace Administrator to support Workplace Management Tooling, including VMS, digital signage, hotel desk booking, and other systems. The role will also interface with internal IT and Facilities teams as well as end users.

responsibilities:
- Support various digital workplace platforms and systems, such as digital signage, VMS tools, AppSpace, and Nuvolo
- Support end users using these tools
- Interface with internal IT and Facilities teams as well as end users to resolve issues.
- Reset services on Windows Servers as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Digital Workplace team
qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in deskside support or a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Teams, Windows
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, including catalog forms and Incident tickets
- Familiarity with directory services (LDAP) and security groups
- Understanding of databases and related concepts
