Seeking a Workplace Management Project Manager. This role will manage all ongoing projects associated with workplace management tooling (Space Reservation, Visitor Management, Move Management) and any other projects associated with Return to Office as deemed necessary.

responsibilities:
o Reports into WM Product Owner and runs all on-going projects associated with Workplace Management Products.
o Visitor Management: Will manage the delivery of the Visitor Management solution across the US based sites as phase 1. Phase 2 will evaluate the need on an international basis. Phase 3 (if needed) will handle the deployment of the visitor management solution to those international sites.
o API Integration with Lenel Access Control: Will drive the delivery of the access management system (Lenel) integration with Appspace. This includes the ability for badging actions at Corporate Offices to trigger actions inside the Appspace SaaS solution. Full requirements and delivery will be scoped and vetted with all parties.
o Facilities Move Management Process Improvement: Will help drive the end-to-end operational process understand for the current Move Management processes that Facilities performs. This includes all adds/moves/changes, tickets triggered by those changes, and processes that extend outside of the facilities team. Once completely discovered and mapped, drive clear scope and requirements gathering. Once gathered, evaluate the existing solution (Nuvolo) to understand if it can be configured to meet requirements. If it does not, run a bake off with multiple vendors to better understand who can meet the needed requirements. Then either reconfigure Nuvolo to meet those requirements or replace Nuvolo with a new system to facilitate the needs of move management processes.
o Reports & Analytics: Drive the delivery of advanced automated reporting for the facilities team. Gather requirements and vet possible technologies to deliver requirements as needed.
o International Integration: Gather requirements from International partner as to what they want/need/desire from a space reservation system. Review those requirements and then manage the build out of all sites globally. This includes close partnership with facilities and Appspace project resources to build out all site maps, floors, security groups and rules, space restrictions, zones, and automating user integration. Fully test and vet each site, then drive extensive OCM efforts in partnership with communications to ensure a smooth product roll out to the global sites.
o Condeco Sunset: Understand what benefits and faults the system had. Deliver that information to the Appspace product owner. Then drive the sunset of all Condeco hardware and software globally as the Appspace product is rolled out to replace it.
qualifications:
- 4+ years of end user technology project management
Includes project status reporting, task tracking, timeline build out, driving project assigned resources to deliver project tasks, executive communications, leading project meetings, partnering with other project managers to drive roadblock resolution, mapping milestones, documenting project meetings.
- 4+ year(s) of experience partnering with internal teams (technical and non-technical) to support and deliver global projects.
- 4+ years of experience and strong competency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- 4+ years of reporting out individual and program level project status and needs.
- 4+ years of experience with building PowerPoint decks for executive level communications.
